The Marion County Healthcare Foundation provided MUSC Marion with a grant of $380,000 to purchase and install a state of the art 3D Mammography equipment.  This equipment provides MUSC Marion with state of the art detection equipment which is key in the fight against breast cancer.   Placed into service in June of this year, MUSC has already performed over 1,000 scans for its patients.   “It is a great day for MUSC Health Marion Medical Center” said Vance Reynolds CEO of MUSC Marion.   “I am incredibly grateful for the partnership with the foundation”.
