The Jonathan Foundation was recently awarded a $25,000 grant to assist their mission of touching the lives of at risk teens through mental health, suicide risk assessment and awareness building.   The funds were also used to support their first annual Brighter Days Conference which brought in over 400 members of the community with the purpose to connect, collaborate and transform mental health.
