Marion County Healthcare Foundation to Sponsor Mobile Food Pantry in Sellers

On 4/29/19, the Marion County Healthcare Foundation, in partnership with the Mayor of Sellers and Harvest Hope Food Bank, sponsored a mobile food pantry for 150 families affected by Hurricane Florence. This is one of several mobile food pantries supported by the foundation through a $25,000 grant to Harvest Hope.   Working with Emergency Managers and Long Term Recovery groups, Harvest Hope can support residents and families affected by disaster.  Each pantry can serve an average of 200 individuals providing between 40 and 60 pounds of food per person.   For more information on the Mobile Food Pantries please contact Harvest Hope at 803-254-4432.
