Pete Mazzaroni
Executive Director
In August 2017, Pete Mazzaroni joined the Foundation as its third Executive Director. Prior to joining the foundation, Pete spent 25 years with global pharmaceutical company Roche, holding a number of leadership roles in public relations and community affairs. A 22 year resident of Florence County, Pete has served on, and led numerous boards and organizations including; Florence-Darlington Techinical College Foundation, Florence Downtown Development Corporation, Florence County Progress and, The Governor's School for Science and Math. Pete holds a Master's Degree in Administration from Central Michigan University and is a graduate of Leadership South Carolina, Leadership Florence, and Leadership Pee Dee.
Pete has two grown children and two grand-children. In his spare time, Pete like to play golf and work on home projects.
